Super question, thanks for asking 3josh! I recently found out that the longer you roast a coffee, the weaker the caffeine. Perhaps that’s why I like to drink lots of bold, dark coffee instead of lighter roasts.
Locally, my fave coffee is whatever is brewing at Alterra - though I usually prefer a double espresso over a cup of black joe. I could drink Espresso Toro all day every day.
At home I’m lazy, so I k-cup brew Caribou Obsidian every morning. After seeing GWALP’s video on how easy French press is I’m considering it may be worth the time doing it that way…
